A secret US program burns, shocks, tortures and kills ordinary Americans

This is a US program against people who have done no harm to anyone. They may have expressed an opinion or protested a government activity, such as car theft or the US drug cartels. Yes, the US has its own drug operations in this country, possibly in your neighborhood. When people notice, they complain. Then payback starts. They take over your house and car. They steal all your keys. Their home is robbed of electronics and anything valuable. Trained assassins try to poison or kill you by spraying pesticides in your house or they aim radar guns or DEWs at you from your roof or outside your house while you sleep. The stalking begins. Stalkers appear in public as a reminder that you are being watched and followed, part of the psychological warfare by the US government. You are covertly implanted with unlimited number of implants for medical experiments. You are tortured, shocked, burned. You lose your job, then your house, sometimes your whole family. They disenfranchise you like Hitler did to the Jews. The US ruins your body and your life, then they cover it all up. If you complain, they declare you a mental case. This program has been deliberately silenced by people hired to do so by the United States of America.
Targeted Individuals are alone, faced with fighting an army of hostiles trained and paid by the US government. When the victim complains, they are arrested for a mental health exam to discount their testimony, drugged and put in a mental health hospital. Almost every Targeted Individual has experienced this humiliating event. The free mental health arrest became overused in this way after 9-11. The victim is subjected to unauthorized medical testing and charged for the expense. The victim is relieved of their right to bodily autonomy (14th Amendment).

If a person committed a crime, the law is available to enforce the laws, but being put in a punishment/torture/kill program its double jeopardy. You are being extrajudicially punished. But the people in this outside-the-law program are innocent of any crimes.

o The Eighth Amendment forbids cruel and unusual punishment — meaning even the government can’t inflict suffering as punishment.

The most vulnerable area of the head is the temple (side of the head, just above the ears) due to the thinner skull and the artery underneath that can cause dangerous bleeding inside the head. Other vulnerable areas include the pterion, a thin spot just behind the temple, and the jaw, which can transmit force to the brainstem.
TI''s are attacked by beams of directed energy while sleeping that heats their brains and causes brain damage.
The most vulnerable area of the head:
Temples: This area is vulnerable because the skull is thinner and a major artery (middle meningeal artery) runs underneath it. A severe blow can cause the artery to burst, leading to a dangerous brain bleed called an epidural hematoma.
Pterion: Located at the temple, this is a weak point where several bones of the skull meet. A fracture here can easily lead to an epidural hematoma from the middle meningeal artery.
See the dim circle on the baby's head? and the tiny circle of light on the cheek? The beam is coming in from the right side of the screen.
This is what directed energy looks like. It moves around on the baby's head. The person who took this video thought it was the baby's father from beyond death. The parents may have been targets. It can go through building materials. It's heat and its being applied where it will do the most damage. This is what is done to TI's while they are sleeping to degrade their brains and mental abilities. The harm is done in the heating. It damages cells. You can only conclude that possibly the parents were targets. The sadists who run this program attack the extended family, children included.

The Zeus-HLONS (Zeus-High Mobility Multi-purpose Wheeled Vehicle), also known as HMMWV, Laser Ordnance Neutralization System, is a solid-state laser weapon which is used by the U.S. military in order to neutralize surface land mines and unexploded ordnance. The Zeus-HLONS system was a co-operative effort between SPARTA, Inc. and Naval EOD Technology Division to demonstrate that a moderate-power commercial solid state laser (SSL) and beam control system could be integrated onto a Humvee. It has been used to clear surface mines, improvised explosive devices (IEDs), or unexploded ordnance from supply routes and minefields. It has been used in Iraq by the U.S. military, in the first battlefield use of any laser weapon.
The Highway of Death
The Highway of Death is Highway 80 linking Kuwait and Basra, Iraq. During the 1991 Gulf War, on the night of 26-27 February 1991, the US Air Force and its allies conducted massive air raids on two roads destroying thousands of vehicles including cars and armored vehicles killing Iraqi soldiers and civilians, even civilians who were peacefully fleeing the slaughter had stopped at checkpoints. They were turned away and then fired on with the HMMWV's. This was the first time they were used in a war. There were groups of people sitting in cars killed with only their heads burned. That would have been caused by the beam of the HELON laser. Many turned up in local hospitals and the doctors could not imagine what kind of weapon had burned them. The doctors speak in the above video. Click on the picture of the Zeus-HLONS above. There is the testimony of the doctors who did not know how to treat these patients. They had never seen any injuries like these. Deaths amounted to ~5,000-10,000+.
A U.S. ground offensive by multinational coalition forces to liberate Kuwait began on February 24, 1991. Iraqi troops on the front lines were cut off from logistics by coalition air operations. On January 26, President Saddam Hussein announced the withdrawal of all Iraqi forces from the country of Kuwait. White House Secretary Marlin Fitzwater promised that the U.S. and its allies would not attack the Iraqi army in the withdrawal from Kuwait but they killed them all. In the Iraqi desert west of Kuwait, the U.S. 7th Corps advanced rapidly, then turned east and began to attack on the road toward Basra killing thousands.
There were three HMMWV''s used in the Iraq war as weapons on Iraqui soldiers and civilians.
The existence of directed energy weapons is very advanced and capable of being used in war and on civilians.

Dr. Munzert was brought in the midst of August this year against his will in the psychiatry of the town Erlangen in Germany. There he should be forced to take against his will psychotropic drugs. He refused and is now the 21st day in hunger strike. It seems, that therefore he will not be able to hold his lecture as scheduled on September 6. He was brought in a mental institution, to his own mental welfare, as a expert said, because he claimed to hear the buzzing of microwave radiation. This would be a delusion, and the expert argued further, that the statement, the radiation of microwave ovens could be used as weapons, would be part of an illusion system. The belief of Dr. Munzert to speak about this issues at a congress in the USA, was called schizophrenic megalomania by the expert.

In the picture you can see a person sleeping in their home being attacked with microwave radiation from a system that uses a magnetron, an antenna and a generator directing energy to make a microwave field around the person. This can be done using vehicles parked near a person's home or from installations in or on buildings.
This creates a microwave field around the sleeper. This can cause many health problems including blindness, dehydration, organ and brain damage and death. Electronic and ultrasonic energy can be used to keep people awake causing sleep deprivation. This degrades a person's overall health if done over time.
Neighbors are paid to act as perpetrators in this urban war. They place the equipment in their garages, vehicles or outbuildings and torture their neighbors. In the US, the government funded program uses Emergency and Volunteer Services and they pay people with gift cards.

War on Citizens using Directed Energy
Directed Energy may have been used on 9-11 to destroy the World Trade Center. The buildings turned into dust as they fell. The amount of rubble left was not equal to the amount of material in the original buildings. This indicates that a DEW was used.
War was declared on the citizens of America on September 9-2001, when about 2,818-3,500 people were slaughtered at the World Trade Center. 9-11 was a planned event engineered by the government. It has been proven to be a black flag event that was needed by the globalists to usher in the War on Terror. There are arguments that the planes were holograms, not real planes. Real airplanes would not have passed into or through buildings of steel. There are arguments for a controlled demolition. There are arguments for the destruction of the buildings because they were contaminated with asbestos and someone collected on the insurance. The event was an excuse for the Patriot Act and the infringement of human rights.
Molten Steel Found
Molten puddles of steel were found in the debris but airplane fuel does not burn hot enough to melt steel. The heat had to have been caused by something else. There is evidence the towers were rigged for demolition and directed energy was used to disintegrate or dustify the buildings and vehicles in the vicinity.
The buildings came straight down and imploded on their own footprint in 10 seconds and turned to dust. There was not enough rubble to account for the 104 story structures. They blew away in the wind.
