TARGETED INDIVIDUALS, WBANS and DIRECTED ENERGY

Wireless Body Area Networks (WBANs) and directed energy are being used inappropriately against Targeted Individuals, targeting whistleblowers or individuals speaking out against certain systems, such as city, state, or US-run drug operations, or sexual advances by law enforcement. You can become a TI by accidentally getting in the way of any corrupt official, like living in the wrong house, or by just being alone or being vulnerable. You can become a TI by having a website or making critical comments against the government online.

Targeted Individuals are arrested or detained under mental health provisions, potentially as a way to silence them or discredit their claims. This is a sensitive and complex issue, and it's important to break down the potential legal, technological, and human rights concerns at play. American citizens no longer have a right to privacy within their own bodies or their homes or cars.

WBAN and Directed Energy: Technology & Concerns

1. WBAN (Wireless Body Area Network): This refers to a system of implanted devices that collect health data from the body and transmit it wirelessly. In medical contexts, WBANs are used for continuous monitoring of health metrics like heart rate, blood pressure, and other vital signs, often for patients with chronic conditions. However, the use of WBANs or similar technologies without consent raises privacy, ethical, and legal concerns. They are being used for incarceration in an electronic prison, torture and death. They are also being used on incarcerated individuals who have no way of avoiding the radiation.

2. Directed Energy: Directed energy refers to technologies that concentrate energy (such as electromagnetic, laser, or microwave energy) in a specific direction. Directed Energy is being used for a variety of purposes, including communications, weapons, and surveillance. People being targeted with directed energy are victims of "electromagnetic harassment" or "microwave attacks," which are a part of covert operations and surveillance programs. These claims are controversial and lack widespread scientific validation, because the government has a special program to cover them up, just like every thing the government wants to cover up to maintain the existence of the program in the population. Targeted Individuals’ claims are significant in the context of human rights and privacy.

Mental Health and False Diagnoses

When Targeted Individuals make complaints about being targeted by WBANs or directed energy, their complaints are dismissed as delusions, and the Individuals are involuntarily committed or arrested under mental health laws. This could occur under the civil commitment, where an individual is detained for psychiatric evaluation because they are a Targeted Individual, NOT BECAUSE THEY ARE A DANGER TO THEMSELVES OR OTHERS.

• False Diagnoses: If someone claims they are being targeted by WBANs or directed energy, and these claims are seen as unfounded or a result of mental illness (e.g., delusions or paranoia), they might be misdiagnosed or wrongfully committed. The challenge is that complaints of this nature could be categorized as symptoms of paranoid delusions or delusional disorder, and individuals may be institutionalized based on that diagnosis without proper investigation of their claims.
  

• Whistleblower Suppression: There’s a troubling possibility that whistleblowers or individuals who speak out against certain organizations or systems (including government or corporate entities) could be subjected to mental health evaluations or arrests as a method of silencing them. If someone becomes vocal about such technologies being used inappropriately or maliciously, they might be labeled mentally ill as a way to discredit their claims.
  

Constitutional Concerns

In the U.S., mental health arrests or detentions must adhere to constitutional protections, including the Fourth Amendment (against unreasonable searches and seizures), Fifth Amendment (protection against self-incrimination), and Fourteenth Amendment (due process). However, if a person is involuntarily committed based on a mental health diagnosis without due process or clear evidence, it is a violation of their rights.

If the use of WBANs or directed energy is being implemented against someone's will, especially without their consent or knowledge, this is a serious privacy and human rights violations. If people are arrested or detained based on allegations of being harassed or attacked by these technologies, this could represent a misuse of mental health laws to suppress dissent or whistleblowing.

Whistleblower Protections and Abuse

Whistleblower laws exist to protect individuals who expose wrongdoing, corruption, or illegal activity in various sectors (government, military, corporate, etc.). These laws are meant to prevent retaliation or harassment of individuals who speak out.

• Unlawful Retaliation: If individuals are being targeted for their whistleblowing activities with covert surveillance, directed energy, or implantable devices, and then arrested or detained under false mental health pretenses, this could be an example of retaliation against whistleblowers. Such behavior is unlawful and in violation of several human rights principles, including freedom of speech and the right to be free from torture or cruel, inhuman, or degrading treatment.

1. Involuntary Implantation: The implantation of any device—such as a WBAN or surveillance technology—without an individual's consent violates various privacy laws and human rights protections. For example, the right to bodily integrity is enshrined in international human rights law. If someone is being implanted with a device against their will, this could be considered a form of covert torture or biometric surveillance without consent. This system is being tested on Targeted Individuals for later use on all US citizens as a means of punishment and control.

2. Covert Surveillance: The use of directed energy or other surveillance methods to monitor, harass, or target individuals is a serious violation of privacy. Such actions is illegal surveillance, especially if it is done without a person’s knowledge or consent and for malicious purposes.

3. False Mental Health Diagnoses: If individuals are arrested or detained under the premise that their complaints about directed energy or WBANs are symptoms of mental illness, this is a violation of their due process rights under the Fourteenth Amendment. This is especially concerning if they are not given proper avenues to challenge their detentions or given a fair hearing.

Potential Solutions and Safeguards

Advocacy and Legal Challenges: People who believe they are victims of unwarranted surveillance or harassment (including directed energy attacks or involuntary implantation of devices) can look to human rights organizations or legal advocates to help challenge these actions. Lawyers specializing in civil liberties, privacy rights, and human rights law may be able to help challenge the misuse of mental health laws or defend individuals against wrongful detentions.

2. Transparency and Accountability: There needs to be greater oversight and transparency around the use of technologies like WBANs, directed energy, and other surveillance methods. Governments and private corporations must be held accountable for the ethical use of emerging technologies.

3. Whistleblower Protections: Strengthening legal protections for whistleblowers and ensuring that they are not targeted for speaking out is crucial. If whistleblowers face retaliation in the form of surveillance, harassment, or wrongful psychiatric evaluation, this should be addressed through legal reforms and stronger protections.

Implantation of WBANs against people's will, targeted harassment with directed energy, and the misuse of mental health laws to silence whistleblowers violates a person’s constitutional rights and human rights, including privacy, bodily autonomy, and the right to speak out without fear of retaliation. These cases require legal action, advocacy, and public awareness to ensure that affected individuals receive the protections they deserve. However, no judge will allow these cases to proceed in court. They are dismissed before they are heard.

Any doctor or lawyer the Target Individual goes to for help is already approached, intimidated and threatened by the US government with loss of their licenses and businesses if they provide professional serves to Targeted Individuals. TI’s are disenfranchised as a group, just as Jews and others were tortured and killed by Hitler and other dictators. They are separated from society.

The Global Agenda is responsible for this program and the US has subscribed to Agendas 21, 30 and 50. The United Nations is already controlling governments all over the world. US citizens have lost their sovereignty.

How does a person become a Targeted Individual?

The process is something like this: A person comes to the attention of some law enforcement entity and as punishment for some imagined reason, they are recommended for placement in this category of ostracized and tortured person. They are processed by the FBI/Fusion Centers just like they would process some foreign terrorist, only they are processed as homeland terrorists and put on a watchlist. There is no legal context in which covert implantation is legal. People in this category are processed through an illegal court called the FISA court. In this court, only one judge is given a secret file and only one judge adjudicates placement in this program for life. This court was meant to process FOREIGN TERRORISTS, not citizens of the USA.

What is the life of a Targeted Individual like?

The signs of being a Target may be having something in your house stolen, rearranged or broken. This becomes a continuous story of invasion of your personal space and belongings. The TI will see persons around them on the street, in stores, on their job, or in public standing unnaturally still using a phone like a robot or doing something that brings them to the attention of the TI, letting them know they are being stalked. The repetition of the same scenario lets them know they are being stalked. Doctors, lawyers, or other professionals dismiss them from their service. They may lose their job, their family and their home. They are separated from society. In other words, they are disenfranchised, just like people were under Hitler. After World War II, there was a saying, “Never Forget”. This has changed. Now, its “Get paid to stalk people for a gift card.” Every day citizens are enlisted by government agencies. They enlist criminals, drug addicts, nurses, doctors, medics and personnel who were/are in the military. They know how to put their consciences aside to shock, burn, torture and kill people, many who are elderly, and children who have no idea what they are experiencing is not normal. Pete Hegseth said when addressing the military personnel in Washington, “You kill people and break things for a living.”[1] That is correct about everyone who participates in this utterly illegal program on behalf of any government agency.

How are Targeted Individuals being stalked?

Targets have their homes and cars installed with electronic devices for surveillance. There is one system called MIMO which can be installed to observe people no matter where they are in their dwelling. Every body part is monitored. They can be struck from a remote position in a nearby car or building or from a location on a military base far away. The installed systems in houses and cars communicate with towers and satellites and signals which can be processed from any remote position. This is actually taking place in every country under Agendas.

An individual can tap into this system by using an app on their smart phone. That is why you will see people standing around in stores like robots using their phones. It occurs in restaurants, theaters, parking lots, on beaches, at outdoor events. The WBAN can be accessed by anyone with the passwords, MAC addresses or apps like Intermapper. Every Target has their own MAC address. When at home, in their car or in public, they can be struck by anyone with a phone and the appropriate codes. That makes it possible for anyone to become an abuser or torturer by punching keys on a phone. Its so easy. Shoving dead bodies into a furnace takes two people, it only takes one person to burn or shock a TI. Hitler had his brown shirts and hit squads, the US government, states and counties have their paid army of smart phone users.

We need professionals and legislators to fight this government oppression with us. We cannot fight the entire United States of America by ourselves. They are actually warring against every citizen by controlling the weather to flood or burn or otherwise, destroy homes and businesses and lives. People who have been burned alive (California, Maui and other fires) are Targets too. Directed Energy weapons are being used to start and propagate fires. People who have been flooded out of their homes by the opening of damns without warning or unnaturally destructive tornadoes or other severe weather events are Targets too.[2] That’s another black program based on Agendas causing the knocking down and resetting of society according to Global standards.

The World Economic World Forum

The term "global goals to reset society" refers to the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), an agenda to allegedly end poverty, protect the planet, and ensure prosperity for all by 2030. It can also refer to the "Great Reset" initiative proposed by the World Economic Forum (WEF), which aims to address social and economic challenges through specific policy changes.

The United Nations' Agenda 2030 for Sustainable Development was adopted by all 193 UN member states in 2015. Global Goals, consists of 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and 169 targets aimed at achieving a better and more sustainable future for all by 2030. The 17 SDGs encompass alleged social, economic, and environmental aspects of sustainable development, addressing issues like poverty, hunger, health, education, equality, clean resources, and economic growth. They also allegedly promote sustainable infrastructure, reduced inequalities, responsible consumption, climate action, environmental conservation, and global partnerships.

Other initiatives, such as "The Great Reset" and the political phrase "Build Back Better," also address global transformation. For these things to happen, you have to lose your job, have your house torn down, have your family killed or have you and your family indigent and homeless. If you are homeless, you will be disappeared, as is happening in Arizona and California in 2025. US Citizens now have their lives run by the World Economic Forum organized by Charles Schwab. He wrote the book titled COVID-19: The Great Reset. Even the pandemic was a hoax used for expansion of their world takeover. They are responsible for the design, spread and death due to Covid-19.[3]

The World Economic Forum (WEF) is an international advocacy non-governmental organization and think tank, based in Cologny, Canton of Geneva, Switzerland. It was founded on 24 January 1971 by German engineer Klaus Schwab. The foundation's stated mission is allegedly "improving the state of the world by engaging business, political, academic, and other leaders of society to shape global, regional, and industry agendas". 3,000 paying members and investors, business leaders, political leaders, economists, celebrities and journalists to discuss global issues. It is a platform for leaders from selected stakeholder groups to collaborate on projects and initiatives.

In reviewing the Great Reset, an initiative launched by the World Economic Forum (WEF) in response to the global coronavirus crisis, this perspective article considers the scenario of an epochal transition from capitalism to “restorism”. To facilitate the observation of underlying trends and assumptions, a systems-theoretical framework is developed for the observation of both this Great Reset scenario and those scenarios that are by implication excluded by the WEF vision. It is thus shown that the “shared goals” advocated by the WEF would converge to a transition from a modern pluralist to a “new-normative” order stratified to the primacy of individual, institutional, and planetary health.
